Overview
- The CV 300 stainless steel low-pressure color change valve is a high-precision color valve control product designed
for automated robot painting systems. It is used for color changing of low-pressure coatings and curing agents.
- A coating pressure regulator can be optionally equipped at the outlet end for pressure stabilization or flow adjustment.
Features
The valve seat features a backflowdesign,allowing the applicable coatingto circulate at the color change valve,
thereby reducing coating precipitation.
Constructed entirely from 316 stainless steeland electrolytically polished,the valve needleis parallel to the fluid
channel,facilitating quick.
The valve undergoes precisioncleaning and color change.machining,with a service life of over 1million cycles
(depending on the characteristics of different coatings)
The switch seat is made of FFKM material,featuring high reliability,excellent closure withthe valve seat needle,
and a long service life.
The flow channel features a straight-through design,with a smooth anddead space -free surface.
The jointsrequire no raw tape and are equippedwith universal stainless steel fluidconnectors.
It is compatible with a wide variety of coatingsfeaturing a broad application range.It allows forquick disassembly,
facilitating the increase ordecrease of quantity.

Introduction to the Structure of Color Change Valves for painting robot
In needle-seal type control valves, curing agents are highly prone to crystallizing and solidifying between the valve needle
and the sealing ring, which hinders the precise movement of the valve needle and causes the control valve to either fail to
close tightly or fail to open at all. Therefore, diaphragm-type control valves are used in spraying/discharging fluid channels;
the curing agent is strictly blocked by the diaphragm outside the space between the valve needle and the sealing ring,
ensuring precise control and long-term operation of the control valve.
